This month, we have been strengthening our capacity to move with the shifts and focusing our practice on how we transition from one asana to another. We bring full awareness to the space in between postures by not rushing through the uncomfortable or uninspiring parts so we can observe and discover our mental and habitual ways.
Being overly attached to a fixed idea of our practice (and ourselves) only keeps us stuck – so we connect with ourselves in the safe space of our mat to understand and develop the mental and physical stamina for the change that comes our way.
